How to never lose at tic tac toe (either you win or tie)

Ok, so for a lot of you you probably end up playing the game of tic tac toe when you are bored.  Now I am going to show you all of the possible combinations for tic tac toe so that you never lose a game.  Notice I said never lose a game, which means that you will either end up with a tie, or you will win, but you will never LOSE.  So here it its:

Always go in the corner, this gives you the biggest possible chance of winning the game.  Do this because the only way that you will end up with a tie is if your opponent goes in the middle, and even if your opponent goes in the middle there is a slight chance that you can win however it is not likely unless your opponent is poor at tic tac toe, I will go over that combination later.  But now I am going to list all of the possible combinations for you to win if you go into any corner of the tic tac toe board.

A. These are all of the possible combinations you should choose if you end up going first

1. you go in any corner and your opponent then picks the far corner diagonal from you.  Then go in either one of the other corner squares.  This forces your opponent to block you from getting tic-tac-toe.  After your opponent blocks you, then go in the last available corner of the tic-tac-toe board, and this gives you the win, because no matter where your opponent goes next, you have two available options to win.

2. you pick a corner and your opponent chooses one of the side squares next to where you went.  Then pick the corner square that is on the open end of where you just went, so not the diagonal corner or the corner next to where you opponent went, but the last availably mentioned corner which gives you an empty side square space.  Then your opponent is forced to block your potential tic tac toe.  After your opponent blocks you then go in the center square and you automatically win, because it gives you two options to win from no matter where your opponent blocks you from next.

3. you go in any corner and your opponent picks one of the corners that is not the diagonal corner from where you went.  Then go in the side space that is farther from where your opponent went and that is right next to where you went, so not the side square that would make either two x's and an o or two o's and an x in a straight line.  This causes your opponent to block you.  After your opponent blocks you go in the middle and you block your opponent and at the same time automatically win cause you have two automatic options to win.

4. you pick a corner and your opponent chooses one of the far side spaces.  go in the middle, this then forces your opponent to block you.  after they block you you then have to automatically block them, which in turn naturally gives you the win cause it gives you two available options.

5.  you pick a corner and your opponent goes in the middle.  Then the only chance of you winning would be if you then chose the diagonal corner and then your opponent chooses one of the other corners, which gives you the win with two options, or if you chose a side square on the farther side from you and your opponent goes in the corner that is not the diagonal corner from your first move or the corner next to your second move which forces you to block him and give you the win with two options that way.  other than that the game is an automatic tie, of course unless you don't block your opponent on purpose.

B.  These are all the possible combinations if you go second.  Now if you are going second, always go in the middle no matter what!  And if your opponent complains about you always going in the middle then thats too bad.

1. your opponent goes in any corner then you go in the middle.  If you opponent then chooses the diagonal corner from where they first went,  then you have to choose a side square or you lose.  Going in this side square forces a tie.

2.  your opponent chooses a side square and you go in the middle.  if your opponent goes in the side square across from them, which fills up the middle line of squares, then go in any one of the corners and this gives you the win, because it forces your opponent to block you then you have to block your opponent which puts you in position for the win.

3. your opponent chooses a corner square, you go in the middle, and they pick a far side square.  Go in the corner square that is right next to the far side square your opponent went and that is not the diagonal corner square from where your opponent went.  This forces a tie, which is your only option.

These are all of the possible tic tac toe combinations that you need to know about in order to have the highest possible chance of winning.  Good luck ;)
